Are the sessions expensive?
No, the prices vary slightly depending on the location and time of day.
Most individual sessions are from $70-$90 per hour and group classes start from $20 per person in a minimum 4 person group. The more people there are in the group make the price even cheaper.

Will I be able to start training if I have never exercised before?
Yes, anyone can start exercising at any time providing you don’t have any medical restrictions advised by your GP.
Your pre-exercise questionnaire allows us to determine the type of program that would suit you as well as the fitness testing we do in your first session.
If you are attending a group then varied levels of fitness are accommodated for.

What if it rains?
The locations used are in parks/beaches that have some form of shelter should the weather be uncooperative. But if it is just sprinkling we can manage training outside as usual.

What if I cant make a session?
You will sign a cancellation policy when you start training.
This explains that unless you give 24 hours notice you will lose your payment for that session. If you know in advance that you cant make a session then that is plenty of notice.

How quickly will I get results?
Everyone is different and a lot comes down to diet. You will be advised to exercise in between personal training sessions so that exercise becomes habit and a routine for you.
Once you have consistently exercised and eaten healthy for a month you should feel your energy levels improve and your mood lift.
After this stage you will then notice clothes fit different/better and you will want to keep exercising.
Be patient as the best gains are gradual which means they will last the longest.

What if I am pregnant or recently became a mother?
If you are pregnant you can still train, you just have some limitations. We will be aware of your body temperature and focus on exercises that are appropriate depending on what stage of pregnancy you are at. If you are a recent or breastfeeding mother then you can also still train and can be accommodated for.
